PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric conductivity sensor capable of accurately measuring electrical conductivity of fluid, reducing water pollution or the risk of water leakage, and simplifying steps for connecting tubes or the like being used as a channel of the fluid. SOLUTION: The electric conductivity sensor 1 is provided with a housing 2 which supports each member of the electric conductivity sensor 1 and in which an internal channel being the channel of the flowing fluid is formed, a fluid inlet section 5 being formed so as to project from the housing 2, having a connection structure which is connected to the channel of the flowing fluid to receive the fluid and functioning as a hollow first electrode, a second electrode which is disposed inside the first electrode, and a fluid outlet section 6 being formed so as to project from the housing 2 and having a connection structure which is connected to a drain channel that discharges fluid flowing in a gap channel formed by the first electrode and the second electrode. The electric conductivity sensor 1 measures the electric conductivity and/or specific resistance of the fluid flowing between the two electrodes. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
