The method involves searching tested identification and signature data from verifiable graphic data (14) relating to offence vehicle. A non-objective function is applied to the identification data to obtain tested summarized data. A decoding procedure is applied to the signature data to obtain received summarized data. An alarm signal is provided if summarized data are not identical or else a confirmation signal is provided. The graphic data of vehicle image and offence data are merged to obtain graphic identification data (12) to which the non-objective function is applied to obtain summarized data by a processor (400). A decoding procedure is applied to the summarized data to obtain graphic signature data (13). The graphic identification data is merged with graphic signature data to obtain the verifiable graphic data.
