PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem that, when the number of times of discharges per hour in a pulse driven pump is large, problems hardly occur, but when it is small, uneven concentration of water to be treated is generated, which causes an unstable electrolytic current and unsteady capacities (pH, ORP, etc.) of electrolytic water. SOLUTION: In an electrolytic water generator which has an electrolytic cell in which electrodes electrolyzing water to be treated are installed, a feed pipe line for feeding raw water, such as tap water, into the electrolytic cell, a make-up pipe line connected to the feed pipe line for adding an electrolysis assistant to the raw water by a delivery pump, and a discharge pipe line for discharging electrolyzed treated water from the electrolytic cell to the outside, and the electrolytic water generator is characterized in that a tubing pump is used as the delivery pump.
