<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the power consumption by effectively receiving the data carried out in carousel transmission. <P>SOLUTION: When single cycle data in the carousel transmission is retrieved completely by a DDB section analyzing unit 13, a single cycle reception deciding unit 15 makes the operation of the DDB section analyzing unit 13 stop after giving a stop instruction thereto.
