<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioner allowing for easier manufacture of a forming die, a lighter weight and smaller size of device body and easier mounting work by minimizing the amount of resin to be used for the device body. <P>SOLUTION: A metal case 40 to be inserted into the corner of a ceiling 32 through a mounting opening portion 33 of the ceiling 32 of a bath room 31, when mounted, is provided with an opening portion 40A from which air is taken into the bath room 31 and an exhaust port 46A for exhausting the taken air.
