PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic control device for miniaturizing an engine by properly controlling cutoff up to a high speed area from a low speed area, and improving engine stall resistance and engine accelerating performance. SOLUTION: This hydraulic control device has a plurality of hydraulic pumps 2 for driving a plurality of actuators 1, and controls the cutoff of delivery pressure from at least one hydraulic pump 2 under a prescribed condition. A cutoff condition is determined by at least an engine speed. Cutoff control is to unload delivery side hydraulic pressure of the pumps to a tank 27. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
