<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microscope for operation to obtain a natural stereoscopic view in an electron image stereomicroscope using an imaging element. <P>SOLUTION: The focus state of the observation optical system for stereoscopic observation is detected by a differential detecting part 9 for an image. The focus state of the image taken by CCDs 6a, 6b is processed by an image forming part 10 based on the detection result of the differential detecting part 9 in accordance with the focal depth of the optical lens in the observation optical system 2a, 2b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
