PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pattern created by a plurality of objects with brightness and color, even when the objects themselves do not emit lights or even when the objects are not moved, and to change the brightness and the color of the pattern one after another, in which a momentary pattern, which cannot be seen again once the objects are moved, can be created one after another, and to make it hardly be influenced by the environment even when it is dark. SOLUTION: A red light-emitting diode, a green light-emitting diode, and a blue light-emitting diode 8, for illuminating the objects 20, and a color adjustment controller 10 for controlling the lighting thereof are provided to a tube body 2.
