PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an ethylene/α-olefin copolymer excellent in a balance among extrusion moldability, the appearance of an extrusion molding, and its impact strength. SOLUTION: This ethylene/α-olefin copolymer comprises structural units derived from ethylene and structural units derived from a 4-20Cα-olefin, has an MFR (melt flow rate) of 1 to below 100, satisfies the relationships: 2×MFR<SP>-0.59</SP><MT (melt tension)<20×MFR<SP>-0.59</SP>between MFR and MT, satisfies the relationships: 1.02×MFR<SP>-0.094</SP><[η]<1.50×MFR<SP>-0.156</SP>between MFR and [η], and satisfies the relationships: 3.30<logA<-0.815×log(MFR)+4.05 between MFR and the chain length A in the peak position of a logarithmic normal distribution curve corresponding to the highest-molecular-weight component among the logarithmic normal distribution curves obtained by dividing the chain-length distribution curve obtained by gel permeation chromatography into at least two portions.
