<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an estimate/order placement management system capable of preparing a delivery time plan by use of estimate information constructed when preparing a written estimate. <P>SOLUTION: In this management system 1, a server 3 has a commodity information storage means 15 stored with commodity information 15a, and a delivery time information storage means 16 stored with delivery time information 16a of a commodity. When desired purchase information is inputted from an estimate acquiring terminal, the estimate information about the commodity is generated on the basis of the desired purchase information and the commodity information 15a, and is transmitted to the estimate acquiring terminal. An estimate number is set and is transmitted to the estimate acquiring terminal. When the estimate number is inputted from a delivery time setting terminal and when a desired delivery time is inputted, a possible delivery time is decided on the basis of the desired delivery time, the stored delivery information and the generated estimate information, and is transmitted to the delivery time setting terminal.
