<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a system of cipher communication using a public key cipher system in a facsimile terminal by a person who cannot operate a PC terminal. <P>SOLUTION: A pair of keys used for cipher communication by a public key cipher system, which is issued by a server device 300, and a certificate of a public key constituting a pair of the keys are converted into bar codes, information transmitted from FAX 100 is ciphered based on bar code information in proof paper where the bar codes are arranged and it is transmitted to a radio operator license electronic application server 600 being a transmission destination in a communication controller 400. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
