PURPOSE: A coal moisture control process dryer is provided which is capable of stabilizing internal pressure of the dryer by injecting nitrogen into the dryer when pressure is leaked to the outside of the dryer, thereby removing raw material coal stagnated and accumulated at the output side of feed screw. CONSTITUTION: In a coal moisture control process dryer for drying the raw material coal by injecting raw material coal containing a large amount of moisture into the dryer, the coal moisture control process dryer comprises a nitrogen injection unit(80) comprising a nitrogen tank(81), diaphragm valves(82a,83a,84a) for opening and closing supply of nitrogen from the nitrogen tank, solenoid valves(82,83,84) for operating the diaphragm valves, and nozzles(82b,83b,84b) which are installed at an end of pipes connected to the diaphragm valves so that the nozzles cover the output side of feed screw, and on which a nitrogen discharge hole is formed; and a positive pressure sensing unit(90) comprising touch plates installed at portions partially cutout along the circumferential surface of sealing cotton cloth(70) to sense generation of positive pressure inside the dryer and moved as the internal pressure of the dryer is being leaked to the outside, and positive sensing sensors for sensing movement of the touch plates.
