PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter device drying a filter body after washing without deformation. SOLUTION: This filter device is formed with an engagement hole 45 penetrating through the filter body 32. The filter body 32 is detachably attached to a filter frame body 31. When filter body 32 is attached to the filter frame body 31, a boss 42 fitted with and closing the engagement hole 45 is projectingly formed in the filter frame body 31. In cleaning, the engagement hole 45 is closed by the boss 42 and the filter body 32 is positioned in a prescribed position of the filter frame body 31 to surely catch dust from a suction air. When washing the filter body 32, the filter body 32 is detached from the filter frame body 31, a hook is engaged with the engagement hole 45 and the filter body is suspended thereto and dried.
