PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high power density fuel cell that is sufficiently small and light for use in portable devices, a fuel cell electrode and a method for producing them, and a battery pack.

SOLUTION: A fuel pole side collector 421 or an oxidant side collector 423 is made thin and light by adhering the fuel pole side collector 421 or the oxidant pole side collector 423 to the fuel pole 102 of a fuel cell 100 or the base 104 of an oxidant pole 108 or a substrate 110 to eliminate end plates and fixing members form the configuration thereof. A fuel or the oxidant is directly supplied to the surface of the fuel pole side collector 421 or the oxidant side collector 423.
