PURPOSE: Provided is a glove for grip which is used by changing an elastic band with proper elasticity according to a finger joint condition. CONSTITUTION: A glove for grip including a glove body(110) and a wrist protector(120) which provides a grip to a finger by applying elastic bands(141-144) in the glove body(110), comprising hooks are formed at both ends of each of the elastic bands(141-144); a projection belt on which one hook of one end of the elastic band is hung is formed at regular spaces on the surface of the circumference of the part of the glove body(110) in which a finger enters; and a projection loop into which the other hook on the other end of the elastic band is hung is formed at regular spaces on the wrist protector(120). Further, a guide belt(115) to guide the elastic bands(141-144) is provided on the glove body(110) corresponding to the back of the hand.
