A compound represented by the following general formula, its salt or hydrate s thereof: (I) wherein R1 represents methoxy, methyltio, ethyl, etc.; R5 and R 6 independently represent each cyclopropylmethyl, (4-tetrahydropyranyl)methyl, etc.; and two of R40, R41 and R42 are C1-6 alkoxy while the remainder is methoxymethyl, etc. The above compound has an excellent antagonism to a corticotropin-releasing factor receptor.
