PRODUCTION METHOD OF SMALL BALL TYPE CERAMICS AND PRODUCTS

PURPOSE: Small ceramic balls attached to anywhere close to the body such as clothes, beddings and general things(hats, shoes, etc.) are provided to give beneficial effects to human body, remove bad smell, and strengthen sterilization by emission of far infrared rays and anions. CONSTITUTION: The small ceramic balls are composed of 45-50wt.% of ceramic powder comprising Al2O3, Fe2O3, MgO, clay, elvan, CaF2, Ge, CaCO3, talc, binder, PVA and oleic acid, 20-35wt.% of anion power comprising Na, Li, Al, B, Si, O and H, and 15-25wt.% of elvan. The ceramic balls are produced by the following steps of: mixing 100wt.% of raw materials, 50wt.% of water, small amounts of dispersant, clay and PVA to prepare the gel; spraying and heating to get powder; forming into balls with a 1-2mm size; firing at 750deg.C for 5hrs; and surface-treating by putting balls to a polisher.
