PURPOSE: A structure for mounting a service valve of an outdoor unit of a split type air conditioner is provided to simplify the assembling of the service valve and reduce the assembling time. CONSTITUTION: A structure for mounting a service valve of an outdoor unit of a split type air conditioner includes service valves(60,70), a valve supporter(80), and a positioning element(90). The service valves control the refrigerant introduced into and discharged from the inside of an outdoor unit. The valve supporter is mounted to the outdoor unit and fixing the service valves by coupling elements(61,71). The positioning element is formed of protrusions(94,98) of the service valves and insertion holes(8488) of the valve supporter for determining the assembling positions of the service valves and the valve supporter when coupling the coupling elements.
