PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of automobile fuel door is provided to improve opening state holding power of the fuel door by changing manufacturing process to add restrike process to a hinge curling part where inner panel and hinge bracket are connected to each other using hinge stay. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of automobile fuel door comprises a step of jointing a hinge bracket assembly to which spring is jointed to an inner panel(30) of the fuel door using a pin; a step of positioning the hinge bracket at the inner side of the inner panel by rotating the hinge bracket(40) to a certain angle after jointing the hinge bracket to the inner panel using a hinge stay(90); a step of performing restriking process on a hinge curling part at which the pin is installed; a step of connecting a fuel door outer panel to the inner panel by the hemming process; and a step of fixing the pin after stripping the hinge stay, wherein the hinge stay is a hook shaped stay and constructed in such a structure that an end part of one side of the hinge stay is fixed to an upper part of the hinge bracket, and an end of the other side of the hinge stay is fixed to the inner side of a trim line bead part(35) of the inner panel, and wherein a through hole is formed on an upper central part of the hinge bracket so that the hinge stay is easily fixed to the through hole.
