PURPOSE: A functional furikake comprising Oenanthe javanica, rice bran, Agaricus blazei Murill, unpolished rice, Perilla, an apricot seed and charcoal is provided, which has an excellent taste and flavor, boosts one's appetite and treats atopic dermatitis. CONSTITUTION: A functional furikake comprises 3.0 to 40.0% by weight of Oenanthe javanica, 5.0 to 30.0% by weight of rice bran, 3.0 to 40.0% by weight of Agaricus blazei Murill, 10.0 to 60.0% by weight of unpolished rice, 7.0 to 40.0% b weight of Perilla, 4.0 to 40.0% by weight of apricot seeds and 0.5 to 5.0% by weight of charcoal. It can contain cereals, vegetables, seaweeds, mushrooms, fish/meat, fruits, nuts or other foods. The components can be pretreated by boiling, steaming, roasting and freeze-drying.
