The regulating arrangement includes a drive unit (2) and a preloading unit (12) that is moved to a predetermined position with a sliding unit (4) when in a preloaded state. The energy stored in the preloading unit is transmitted to the sliding unit via a transmission (8). The transmission is provided as a toggle joint (9). An Independent claim is also provided for a method for moving the regulating arrangement.
