PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to achieve connection of power or a network cable terminal to a device part without reducing workability, choose the device part in a desired direction, and position it in the direction. SOLUTION: On a clamp part 2, an engagement part 6 is provided. On the device part 3 composed of an outlet 311 and an information outlet 312, a counter-engagement part 7 is provided. The engagement part 6 and the counter-engagement part 7 are provided in such a way that the device part 3 can be positioned to the clamp part 2 in a plurality of directions in a horizontal surface.
