PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide conductive particles which are formed with metallic plating on nonconductive particles, are hardly strippable of the plating formed on the surfaces and have high conduction performance in practical use. SOLUTION: The conductive particles each comprising a particle-form core material 10, a first plating layer 11 covering the core material and a second plating layer 12 are porous silica particles ranging from 1 to 10μm in the average particle size of the core materials 10. Further, pores of the diameter sufficiently smaller than the outside surfaces 10a of the core materials 10 are formed on the surfaces of the core materials 10. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
