PURPOSE: Provided is toner effective to prevent offset generation during heating, pressing and fixing processes and to form OHP fixed image having excellent transparency, without oil for inhibiting high-temperature offset. CONSTITUTION: The toner comprises attachable resin, coloring agent and wax and expresses 45 to 75% of toner variation where 200g load is applied at 120 deg.C (R200) while 65 to 85% of toner variation where 500g load is applied at 120 deg.C (R500). The toner also has at least one endothermic peaks at 60 to 120deg.C in DSC graph at elevated temperature measured by using DSC. The toner comprises color toner selected from a group consisting of cyan toner, magenta toner and yellow toner.
