The cream sauce, blended in an alcohol, contains added fruits and other aromatic substances in a puree, fresh, cooked or dried condition. The additive can be a combination of raisins and steamed horse radish, dried plums and mustard, mandarins and gherkins, pineapple and nuts, dates and avocados, together with other bulking and flavorings. The alcohol content is provided by wine or brandy. |
