摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an electro-optical device in which light-emitting characteristics at the luminous layer is improved by enhancing the transportation of the holes from the positive electrode, and the electro-optical device and an electronic equipment having the electro-optical device. SOLUTION: This is a manufacturing method of the electro-optical device in which a hole transporting layer 70 and a luminous layer 60 are provided between the electrodes 20, 50 opposed to each other. A process of forming a picture element electrode 23 which is one of the electrodes and a process of forming a hole transporting layer 70 on the top of this one electrode 23 are provided.
