PURPOSE: A device for controlling a transmission antenna array of an HS-PDSCH(Physical Downlink Shared Channel) in a mobile communication system is provided to obtain the second partial weight by more emphasizing channel characteristics of the first base station, and to switch the first or the second partial weight as feedback information to transmit the information, thereby obtaining an optimized transmission antenna diversity gain. CONSTITUTION: The first partial weight generator(251) obtains the first partial weight by equally considering channel characteristics of the first to k base stations. The second partial weight generator(253) obtains the second partial weight by more emphasizing channel characteristics of the first base station than other base stations. A switching unit(260) switches the first or the second partial weight, depending on whether a high speed packet is transmitted to a mobile station, and transmits the switched partial weight to the first to k base stations as feedback information.
