STRUCTURE FOR MOUNTING HEAT EXCHANGER OF WINDOW TYPE AIR CONDITIONER

PURPOSE: A heat exchanger mounting structure of a window type air conditioner is provided to detachably mount an evaporator to an air guide fixed to a base pan and detachably mount a condenser to a shroud fixed to the base pan. CONSTITUTION: A structure for mounting a heat exchanger of a window type air conditioner includes an air guide(58) forming suction/discharge paths of room air, an evaporator(56) hook-coupled to a front part of the air guide, a shroud(60) mounted behind the air guide with a predetermined distance to guide the room air, and a condenser(62) hook-coupled to a rear part of the shroud. The evaporator or the condenser is prevented from being deviated from its position by the vibration generated by the operation or transfer of the air conditioner.
