PURPOSE: A control device of emergency braking for a vehicle is provided to prevent accidents and improve safety by automatically honking and additionally braking with detecting increase of the grip force for holding a steering wheel by a driver in an emergency. CONSTITUTION: An emergency braking control device is composed of a grip detecting unit generating detecting signals by detecting change of grip of a driver holding a steering wheel(2); a current detecting unit(10) detecting current on the detecting signals from the grip detecting unit and outputting detecting signals; an electronic control unit(16) detecting the emergency state according to the detecting signals from the current detecting unit and controlling the vehicle; a driving motor unit rotating a servo motor(20) according to control of the electronic control unit to assist operation of a brake system; and an auxiliary brake operating unit(22) receiving driving force from the driving motor unit to brake by the brake system. A piezoelectric sensor(4) generates electric charges corresponding to change of grip, and a signal amplifying unit(6) amplifies the fine detecting signals from the electric charge of the piezoelectric sensor.
