PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning wet sheet for uniformly releasing a cleaning agent and a glazing agent to a wide range of cleaning object surface such as a floor from the initial stage to the final stage of cleaning. SOLUTION: This cleaning wet sheet 1 has a liquid gradually releasing sheet 1 having a liquid holding sheet 12 sealed in a bag-shaped housing body 11 composed of a liquid impermeable sheet including a uniaxial oriented film layer, arranged on the liquid impermeable sheet side including the uniaxially oriented film layer in the housing body 11 and composed of a fiber material. The liquid impermeable sheet includes the uniaxially oriented film layer, and is provided with an opening starting picking part 15 for forming an opening by drawing directional tear of the uniaxially oriented film layer.
