<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a house charge billing system and a house charge billing method preventing the related bankruptcy of a constructor while securing the safety of an orderer's fund and getting the constructor to concentrate on the work without anxiety and furthermore preventing the scamped work of the constructor. <P>SOLUTION: Information on a plurality of constructors is stored for every building process of a house. Constructor information is transmitted to the orderer in response to a demand from the orderer. The orderer selects the constructors for every building process out of the plurality of constructors based on the transmitted constructor information. Ordering information of the orderer is transmitted to each selected constructor. Charge information on the work is acquired from each selected constructor at every completion of prescribed work based on the ordering information. The acquired charge information is stored.
