PURPOSE: A transferring device of HMI(Human Machine Interface) messages and a transferring method are provided to directly transfer the HMI messages to an objected module by separately comprising a handle manager module and taking a handle of the objected module from the handle manager module. CONSTITUTION: A main module manages every module. Plural modules perform individual functions by controlling through the main module. Sub-modules are controlled by each individual module. A handle manager module registers and manages IDs and handles of every module. Thereby, the efficiency of a system is improved and the limited sources of a vehicle are effectively used by simplifying the HMI message process.
