PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a displacement compressor in which oil rate is made to be decreased by preventing reliquefaction of oil separated and liquefied in compression section upper space. SOLUTION: The displacement compressor has compression section compressing oil containing gas, drive section having movement part and fixed section which are connected through a shaft projected from compression section lower part, and a discharge pipe leading compressed gas in a sealed container outside. Further, the compressor comprises: a discharge outlet discharging the compressed gas inside the sealed container from the compression section at compression section upper part; an oil chamber at sealed container inside lower part; the compression section upper space into which the discharge outlet faces; the compression section lower space between the compression section and the drive section; a flow passage connecting the compression section upper space with the compression section lower space; a return oil passage connecting lower part of the compression section lower space with the oil chamber; and a shaft, in which sealed container side opening of the discharging pipe is arranged at the compression section lower space, and a shield body enclosing the movement part of the drive section.
