PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique simply utilizing biomass resources generated in a large quantity such as pruned branches and leaves, in which the greater part are incinerated and disposed as a general industrial waste, a grub, a thinning, an unused trunk, tree branches or the like as a bedrock material economically. SOLUTION: A chip material is supplied quantitatively by a fixed-quantity feeder, by which pruned branches and leaves, the thinning, the grubs, the unused trunks, the tree branches or the like are crushed into 75 mm or less chips and charged into a hopper and which is installed on the bottom section of the hopper, and the chip material is blown off by a blower or the like, thus manufacturing the bedrock material. A plant-growth bedrock is manufactured by mixing and spraying surface-layer soil comprising buried seeds to the bedrock material or mixing and spraying a material comprising mycorrhic bacteria bodies to the bedrock material. A construction method is carried out by using a fly-ash compound and an anionic coagulant as a pressure-sensitive adhesive for stabilizing the bedrock. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
