PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the downsizing of a power supply while realizing the reduction of leak noises from a high voltage lead wire 4 between a magnetron 1 and a switching power supply 11, and realizing cooling improvement of a high voltage rectifier 3. SOLUTION: By directly coupling the magnetron 1 and the switching power supply 11, and endowing an output terminal 14 with a heat sink function taking charge of cooling the high voltage rectifier 3, the high voltage lead wire 4 becomes unnecessary, therefore the reduction of the leak noises, the stabilization of a filament current, cooling improvement of the high voltage rectifier, and the downsizing of the magnetron drive power supply 14 can be realized.
