PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower the internal resistance, and to prevent imperfect contact of a contact probe, in an apparatus which measures a voltage supplying a current, such as a battery charger/discharger, tester. SOLUTION: The contact probe is equipped with a voltage terminal 1, which is a first terminal and touches an object of conductive contact, a first sleeve 2 in which this voltage terminal 1 is put; a current terminal 3, which is fitted outside the voltage terminal 1 and the first sleeve 2, is a second terminal and touches the object of conductive contact; and a second sleeve 4 in which this current terminal 3 is put. Moreover, the contact probe is so formed that the voltage terminal 1 and the current terminal 3 are connected via an insulator 5, and that the contact surfaces 1a, 3a of the voltage terminal 1 and the current terminal 3 both come into contact, while rotating with respect to an electrode of a battery (not shown) and is the object of conductive contact.
