A plastic folder for patient documents has a front and back panel (1, 2) linked by a spine (3). The panels are DIN A5 and the insides of the panels have welded strips to form pockets open towards the spine, to hold A6 documents, or the edges of A5 documents. The front cover is additionally provided with a welded pocket (7), open towards the spine, to hold an appointment card. One of the inside covers is additionally provided with a welded strip to form two small pockets, open towards the spine.
