PURPOSE: A dispersion accelerator/a disc separator of a dyna mill is provided to carry out a strong and smooth friction and whirling of fluid and to accomplish a submicron dispersion. CONSTITUTION: The dyna mill for blending a composition and a solution comprises a baffle ring(2) and a fan-shape disc separator(7) on the inner wall of a vessel, and dispersion sprocket type impellers(4) on the main shaft of the vessel, wherein, in operation, a composition, a solution and beads in the vessel pass in a zigzag type between the sprocket type impeller and the baffle ring. The fan-shape disc separator(7) comprises the fine slots having the diameter of 0.3 mm.
