SUBSTANCE: method involves introducing into receipt mixture, comprising curd, butter, sugar, sea buckthorn pulp and water, preparation of Mortierella strangulata micromycet biomass produced by predetermined process in an amount of about 4 wt%; freezing mixture; subjecting to vacuum-sublimation drying process; grinding and packing in hermetically sealed package of composite material. EFFECT: prolonged shelf life of curd-based product. |
