FIELD: production of cardboard. SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertinent to the field of machining of materials with pressure. It may be used in the hydraulic presses for cardboard production. Such a press for cardboard production contains a block of dehydration made in the form of a set of separate monolithic press plates with long slots on their working surfaces, that is placed on a support plate of the lower cross-beam. Each press plate of the block of dehydration is made in the form of rods with cross-cut grooves and has apertures located on the support surface. In the cross-cut grooves there are the rigidly mounted T-shaped structures linking the rods and forming the working surface of the press plates. In the apertures of the rods the shim rods are located. The shim rods are made out of a material of more flexible, than a material of the rods. As the result there is an increase of the cardboard quality and the cost price of manufacture of cardboard tiles is reduced. EFFECT: the invention allows to increase the cardboard quality and to decrease the cost price of the cardboard tiles manufacture. 2 cl, 3 dwg |
