PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent destabilization of control caused by the existence of an internal loop and noise mixing in an inverter device 1 in which a permanent magnet motor 5 is vector-controlled by converging the induction voltage estimated value Eds in a d-axis direction, which is recognized by the inverter device 1, into zero without a position sensor.
SOLUTION: A value ωi, which is obtained by integrating the d-axis induction voltage estimated value Eds, is used as a necessary angular speed for the deviation calculation of an angular speed target value ωr and an angular speed estimated value ω and for the operation of the induction voltage estimation. A value ωpi, which is obtained by proportionally integrating the d-axis induction voltage estimated value Eds, is used as a necessary angular speed for the operation of the rotation position estimated value.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
