<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a miniaturizable on-vehicle steering switch having an operation knob, a rotary support for rotatably supporting the operation knob, an energizing means for energizing the operation knob so as to return to a neutral position, a circuit board and a signal switching means having a sliding contact point for sliding on this circuit board. <P>SOLUTION: This operation knob 19 has an operation knob body 20 for forming a V-shaped bending part. An operation part to which operation force is applied by an operator is arranged on one end side of this operation knob body 20, and the energizing means is arranged on the other end side. The rotary support 21 has first and second side plates 23 and 22 arranged on both sides of the operation knob body 20, and rotatably supports the operation knob body 20 between these first and second side plates 23 and 22. The circuit board 37 is arranged and installed in parallel to the rotational direction of the operation knob body 20 on the first side plate 23, and the sliding contact point 35 is installed in the operation knob body 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
