PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain a player's interest until the end of a game by preventing a final result of a game from getting determined by the result of drawing of roles alone and making the inference of the final result of the game difficult. SOLUTION: The slot machine has a reel 31 displaying a plurality of kinds of patterns, a stop switch 42 to stop the rotation of the reel 31, a role drawing means 61 to draw a combination from among a plurality of kinds of roles, a drawing result conversion means 63 converting the result of drawing of the role drawing means 61 to the result of other drawing giving a different benefit to a player, a drawing result storage means 64 storing the result of drawing after the conversion when the result of drawing by the combination drawing means 61 and the result of drawing by the drawing result conversion means 63 are converted, and a reel stop control means 66 controlling the reel 31 so as to stop on the basis of the result of drawing stored in the drawing result storage means 64 and the timing of operation of the stop switch 42.
