PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover device which can remarkably improve qualities such as, a dimensional accuracy, durability, a heat shield, damping properties, etc. SOLUTION: A cover 1 includes metal plates 4, 5 embossed over the overall surfaces in a stereoscopic shape with which an exhaust manifold is entirely covered, a flange 28 formed in a range including a site at which at least a vibration and a noise easily occur, and a coupling bolt hole peripheral edge to the other member and a crushed engraving region.
