PURPOSE:To smoothly fit both the male and female molds of the molder concerned by a constitution wherein projected parts, which are provided on both sides at the lower zones of movable platens so as to project to the mounting directions of the molds, are provided so as not to collide with each other at the closing of the molds by means of wheels rotatably provided on guide rails provided parallel to each other on a base plate. CONSTITUTION:Parison is produced from a die 12 and formed in the desired shape by closing both molds 1 and 2 through the actuation of hydraulic rams 6 and 7. Wheels 9 and 10 are rotatingly journaled in pairs of two wheels to the projected parts 17 and 18 of movable platens 3 and 4 so as to be constituted not to collide the lower projected parts 17 and 18 with each other at the closing of both the molds 1 and 2. Since the centroidal position of the movable platen 3 or 4, on which the male mold 1 or the female mold 2 is is mounted, and the vertical center axis between the wheels coincide with each other at the forward and backward movable pivoting of the wheels 9 and 10 on the guide rails 21 and 22 for running the movable platen, no overturning moment acts and neither forward and backward inclination of the movable platens 3 and 4 at their forward or backward movements occurs, resulting in realizing the parallel fitting of the male and female molds 1 and 2 to each other. |
