PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transmission system configured by mutually connecting a plurality of hub devices to integrally control a transmission right in real time even when the hub devices of a star data transmitting apparatus are distributively located. SOLUTION: The data transmission system is provided with one transmitting-receiving control system and another transmitting-receiving control system, and the transmitting-receiving control system is a medium access control system of a CSMA/CD scheme connecting a plurality of terminals each having a data frame transmitting-receiving function to ports of the hub devices in the star type. The hub devices of the one transmitting-receiving control system and the other transmitting-receiving control system are connected by a signal transmission line and at a certain time point, transmission permission control is performed for one of the plurality of hub devices to make possible sending of data frames from the corresponding terminals to the ports in predetermined order.
