PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an array refracting element, an array diffracting element, and an exposing device that can improve the picture quality of a recorded image of an exposure recording device at a low cost. SOLUTION: On the optical paths of laser beams L emitted by a plurality of semiconductor lasers LD and between the projection hole of a fiber array part for the laser beams L and a recording film F, the array refracting element 36 is arranged which has an array of two refracting members, having unit surface shapes such that incident laser beams L are each divided into two by projecting the incident laser beams L toward mutually different positions, in paired units in the direction orthogonal to the dividing direction (vertical scanning direction) of the laser beams L.
