PURPOSE: A device for reducing explosion generated when blasting or crushing base rock, blocking flying stone and preventing dust of rock powder from scattering during blasting operation is provided. CONSTITUTION: The device for preventing explosion, flying stone and rock powder during blasting operation comprises a body(10) the cross section of an inner space of which is formed in a square shape by connecting a plurality of iron plates(1) to each other, which is formed in a pyramid shape so that an inner cross section of the body is gradually reduced as it goes from a lower side to an upper side, and to a lower edge of which a vertical directional side wall plate(2) is bonded in such a way that the lower surface of the body is opened; a cover plate connected to an upper part of the body to seal an upper part of the body; a plural shock absorbing plates(11) adhered to an inner surface of the iron plates to block scattering of rock during explosion and formed of an elastic material to absorb and buffer explosion shock; a cutout plate(14) made of an elastic material adhered to the side wall of a lower part of the body in such a way that the cutout plate is extended to a lower side to seal a gap between a lower surface of the body and the ground; and a connection ring(6) adhered to an outer surface of the body and an outer side of the cover plate so that a wire or hook for lifting is connected to the connection ring.
