<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workflow system previously abstracting facility information necessary for each post related to operation in a step at which operation is planned in the operation such as maintenance and checking or monitoring and control of waterworks, indicating the abstracted facility information, and providing it to each user terminal. <P>SOLUTION: A workflow server 2 abstracts other waterworks relating to the operation from a database server 3 based on operation inputted from a monitoring control terminal 5 or a user terminal 6 and a specific waterworks relating to the operation, prepares definition information of the workflow by referring previously stored process rule, and executes and controls workflow. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
