PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To firmly attach a natural stone to a resin net when the natural stone is attached to the resin net using a washer and a fixing anchor. SOLUTION: The washer 10 is provided with a sheet body 12 and a swelling part 13 swelling from a sheet surface of the sheet body 12 to the other surface of the resin net 4 and partitioning a partitioning area on the sheet surface of the sheet body 12. The partition area (sheet body 12) and the swelling part 13 are bent by a pushing force of a fixing anchor 11 applied to the partition region, and the force based on the bending firmly pushes and fixes the washer 10 to the natural stone 8 via the resin net 4 to apply to the resin net 4 and the natural stone 8 via the swelling part 13.
